Room horrible, stained carpet walls looked grubby, Yuck. Lots of drunk loud people staying.

Room was cold, lift broken, noisey at night.

Had family staying at this hotel, a bit pricey but nice and clean and warm in winter

Great food & Service, will be back !

Jenners is really nice to have a wonder round in, lots of nice things and you can have a cuppa in the lovely cafe afterwards.

this company is using the new customer enquiry link on yell. just when you think you have a new customer you find out it is someone trying to sell you courses how annoying. i hate being unsolicited emails and junk mail!
