MHPS Property Services was established in West Lothian to provide Home owners, Commercial property owners, Landlords & Letting Agents with a professional and reliable property maintenance & repair service. Due to the diversity of our customer base we cover both the Edinburgh and the Lothian areas. We can carry out electrical installations/upgrades, repairs and testing by our NICEIC Registered Electrician. Plumbing services, Locksmith, Painting/Decorating, from the smallest of jobs to those larger ones that need specialist attention. A recent burst hot water tank left me with a flood of water coming through my ceiling. Although this was 9.30pm they arrived and worked through into the late hours putting everything right - above and beyond the call of duty !!
