Problem sorted fast and free delivery in the evening!

Purchased a small bed from this little shop and had a problem getting the castors on base.One call to shop and the guiy was out the same evening and sorted the problem there and then. They even delivered free in the evening to suit me and arrived on the day and time I requested. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them and always helpful.....Hard to find this kind of service nowadays.

Great Service and Free Delivery too!

Small shop but great service. Purchased a small bed and the castors would not go into base correctly.One call to shop and guy was out the same evening and sorted problem out there and then. Free delivery even when I needed an after 6pm delivery due to work, no problem for them and done on day and time they said.

Impressive

While shopping for a new mattress I found the Ideal Bed Company. They had a great selection of beds & mattresses. The sales guy was very friendly & not at all pushy as so often is the case. Definately worth checking out!
