Because of the ridiculously high prices I thought this would be a club of quality. As it turns out the staff are untrained and low-paid, I suspect the cost goes towards the inflated manager's (Jonathon Combe - who is a loathsome man) salary. Many times when I've been to pick up my son I've found the children left unsupervised without any form of entertainment except paper to draw on (they don't even provide pens/pencils). Sometimes I have seen children playing with kitchen knives! The "snacks" they provide are often just white bread with no butter or spread. The room they are in is woefully overcrowded and I'm sure is against regulations. My son (while he was there) hated it. I've spoken to other parents and unfortunately Oscar's is their only option so they have no choice, but if you care about your child at all I would very strongly advise against sending them here.
