• Buzzing and Brilliantly Executed

  We came to have a quick bite here on New Year's eve and ended up staying a lot longer than planned, simply because of the great vibe this little cafe-style restaurant exudes. It's located on a pleasant street with a lot of other options, but the warm colourful decor, great tunes and tempting menu drew us in. The frozen margarita pitchers kept us there!The staff were all young, hip and incredibly friendly. A nice touch was the complimentary bowl of popcorn with sweet Spanish paprika brought over as we sat down, and our dishes - stuffed peppers, teriyaki steak, and fajitas - were all excellent and thoroughly filling. The place looked set to continue buzzing with energy as we left and I would be sure to recommend it to anyone in the area for a fun and filling pit-stop. A warning - order the margarita pitcher and you may be there for longer than you think!

• A cut above the Average

  At last a Mexican restaurant that delivers. cheep fun and buzzy. begining to be hard to get into weekends. My fave nite is Sunday. A bit chilled and you tend to get away with spur of the hangover eating

• Wow

  Loved it. i am stuffed and it cost sweet f a. great value and tasty tasty. Only downside is a am a large man and i found it a bit cramped.

• Great new restaurant

  Loved the place great music, food and service. There was a Mexican in the same site last year which was the worst i have ever tasted. So when a friend recommended TEX MEX II i was unsure. What a revelation the food was fresh and you could really taste the cilantro in the salsa. My fajitas were brought flaming in tequila to the table what theatre!!!!! Had a lovely time and i loved their spicy popcorn
