Great Scottish fare

A lovely atmospheric restaurant in the heart of the new town. selling unashamedly Scottish fare but in a beautiful and tasty way. The owner is a genial and friendly chap even if he did try and convince us that banofee pie was invented in Scotland!A very popular place with few sittings means you will have a great time but make sure you book in advance.the restaurant operates a bring your own service so you can save even more money (and there's a good off-licence just across the road!)Highly recommended, espeically if you are a visitor and want a 'taste of scotland'
