• Innovative use of Fleximatic Osteopathic treatment

  I have been suffering from chronic fatigue and back pain for over ten years. Helen was a recommended to me by a London osteopath and I have found her expertise and kindness fundamental to my long recovery. Integral to my progress has been the flexamatic machine because her innovative approach together with traditional cranial treatment, calms my reactive nervous system and has enabled me to avoid further distress. I would like to say a special Thanks to Helen for being so generous taking into consideration my financial and emotional well being during the recent months.

• How Clinic Edinburgh - Just Fantastic

  I first visited the How Osteopathic Clinic three years ago as I was suffering from back pain which other osteopaths hadn't managed to fix. Helen How was amazing. Not only did I get a full hours treatment (rather than a 30 minute quick fix), she sorted out the problem in the first visit! It can be quite intimidating visiting an osteopath but not at the How Clinic. Very relaxed and at the same time highly professional atmosphere, Helen obviously knows her stuff inside out and back to front. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my back and I recommened her highly to anyone who's looking for an osteopath. I've moved now, but should I have any problems with my back again, I'd make the journey to Edinburgh just to be treated by her.
