Brief business description

Kenny Cairns has lots of experience in the restaurant business - first at Fishers, then Room in the Town on Howe Street. But, feeling it was time to open his own place, he took over basement premises on St Stephen Street. And so The Snug was born - a bistro specialising in contemporary Scottish cuisine, where the owner and his head chef, Hamilton Scott, source produce from all over the country so they can offer their clientele the best seasonal food available.
