Specialist Services:

I became interested in complementary therapies many years ago through my own dis-ease which led me to studying many different complementary ways of working. My first complementary training was in Reflexology in 1989. I have also been a social worker using counselling skills in my one-to-one work with clients. I firmly believe in my own self-discovery and self-development, which is ongoing. I am committed to working holistically and my wealth of training and expertise in many areas enables me to support people to improve their quality of life and wellbeing.

Future Services:

I am continually attending conferences and workshops to improve myself and my skills in working with others.

Services Offered:

CranioSacral Therapy; Advanced EFT; EmoTrance Trainer and practitioner; Reiki; Reflexology - Feet and Face. All these ways of working are holistic and complementary and can aid relaxation, balance and self-healing. The sessions can assist with the normalisation of the entire range of bodily functions, furthering overall good health and supporting the body in self-healing.
