• Wedding Baloons

  I was very disappointed with the balloons I received from this shop and the service they gave and am unable to recommend them. I ordered a wedding arch for a wedding at the Braid Hills Hotel in Edinburgh at a cost of £50 plus £10 delivery. I also ordered 4 single balloons for children which were to be placed on the tables instead of a favour. They were to be attached to a small weight. When we arrived all you could see was a few balloons at each end of the table. Unfortunately the top table was on a sort of stage and had a false ceililng. The balloons were very long and as they were of course filled with helium they rose right up to the ceiling. As a result no-one could see an arch from the floor, only a few balloons at each side of the table were visible. Also the childrens balloons did not lhave weights and so just floated around lthe room. When I phoned the shop later, they said that they knew there was a problem with the architecture at the hotel but that was the best they could do and no-one had complained before! If they knew this then I felt that they should have expalined it to me when I ordered. I was left feeling very disatisfied (especially when the manager hung up on me). I felt he was rude and uninterested.
