25 Kirkhill Road,
I have practiced wutan tai chi chuan for over ten years.I started originally to address anxiety and stress issues . And it has been invaluable in building my health and general well being. It does require some commitment to get the best out of it but no more than any other sport if you give it the concentration and focus. If you are passive you will miss it's deeper beneficial qualities and slow down your progress.(My Opinion only!) The chief instructor is personable and approachable and has always listened to the needs and personal requirements of individual practitioners-within reason. Regular daily practice is encouraged to get the best from your tai chi as stagnation and blockages in the energy meridian need to be cleared and stimulated , then if you wish to push things to a much more challenging level we have a martial class that we are building and has been invaluable in my overall tai chi development and proficiency. I hope this helps-best regards
