EMS: The development of systems which are fully integrated with the client?s existing operational framework. If required, such systems can be geared towards certification to one of the recognised environmental standards (ISO 14001/EMAS)
Environmental assessment: Environmental assessments and Environmental Statements for proposed developments can be prepared in line with the requirements of client policy, relevant legislation and accepted industry practice. Environmental issue identification workshops can be carried out to highlight potential environmental concerns and anticipate work that will be required to resolve key issues.
Environmental auditing: A wide range of audits can be performed, including EMS (e.g. ISO 14001) audits, single issue (e.g. waste management) audits, pre-acquisition audits (to identify potential environmental liabilities), due diligence audits (to identify extent of compliance with relevant legislation, best industry practice etc), pre-divestment audits (to identify potential environmental problems which may affect future sale or redevelopment) offshore audits and baseline environmental reviews.
