I bought wall lights and a central light three years ago, and today broke a shade on one of the wall lights. I phoned Cotterells and the gentleman I spoke to was so helpful, knew exactly which light fitting I was referring to and was able to supply me with a spare shade. I was so impressed with his helpfulness and courtesy.
