Splash Bathroom Warehouse

I purchased a shower head and riser rail kit from Splash Bathroom Warehouse, when it arrived not in the original box, but charged £7 P&P just the same, the showerhead spray and riser bar were in used condition, scraps, marks and green water marks, which hadn't been properly cleaned. They refuse to refund my P&P, saying they are not a try before you buy, yet they mouth about supplying first class goods. I am now willing to take this matter to a small claims court, not for the money, but on principal, Peter Phillips was rude, ignorant and indeed very arrogant when I called and in his emails.

I have been self employed for 12 years and in my experience this company has provided me with loss of earnings and frustration although not as much as most of the others i have worked for, they have been unlucky in the hire of tradesmen that are not fully quallified for the job in hand,so to speak. I can only speak for myself that when we do a job, it is done to the best of standards, something i hold most to my working life. I feel i can personally guarantee customer satisfaction with what i do on any job i am on. Mrs nichol was unlucky that splash were trying new tradesmen at the time her bathroom was being renovated, and they had no real experience in the fitting trade, but like any other company they need men to fit what they sell to customers and this time they were unlucky, they now use only 1 team and have achieved great results and are able to produce the bathroom you want with minimal fuss. It is always difficult to please everyone and sometimes regardless of how hard you try to do this, it is sometimes not a succsess as somefolks are never happy and complain at every detail, in an attempt to reduce the bill, by doing this i dont get paid. I GUARANTEE MY WORK, SOMEFOLKS DONT GUARANTEE TO PAY.

I have had a new bathroom fitted by thiis company. When I had problems (which I did) the Manager was unhelpful and aggressive and refused to help. Steer clear of them!.
