worst customer service ever!
very rude and unhelpful serviceman. Broke windscreen while repairing, didnt give gurantee nor prior warning this would be the case. Denies causing damage, and said our car belonged to the junkyard - how very rude! If your insurance company recommends them in Edinburgh/Glasgow decline and ask for someone else as they've caused a lot of hassle and upset!
