  • 1 WORST COMPANY EVER - NEVER AGAIN

    I ordered a Le Toy Van Belle Fairy Castle from Wonderland Models. We opened it up on the evening of my daughters 3rd birthday and the castle was cracked and brokenm therefore we had nothing for our daughter on her birthday. Wonderland Models confirmed THEY DO NOT CHECK THEIR STOCK before sending out to customers! The reason they gave due to it being tightly packed. Rubbish, how long does it take for them to pull the box open, check and reseal? So they in effect send out broken stock without checking. ON top of this, YOU HAVE TO PAY to send the item back. It cost me £12.60 and they do not REFUND you the delivery back due to the "system not being able to refund more than the amount originally taken". SO FIRSTLY THEY SEND OUT ITEMS THEY DO NOT CHECK IF THEY ARE BROKEN OR FAULTY, THEN THEY MAKE YOU PAY TO SEND IT BACK! Not a good or professional...
